M5 Sealer BIO25

BIO25 M5-Sealer is an automatic tube sealer designed to seal PVC tubes, in particular for sets of blood bag or plasmapheresis. BIO25 M5-Sealer, plasmapheresis or blood bag set tube sealer, is suitable for repeated operations to prepare blood components at production site. The electrodes are well protected by a plastic cover easily swivels, allowing easy cleaning of sealing heads.

BIO25 M5-Sealer, plasmapheresis or blood bag set tube sealer, runs safe sealing for desired number of tube segments, from one to five; then it is enough just a slight twist of the sealed edges to separate the sealed area. Distance between the sealing heads can be modified by operator in a range, from 5 to 12 cm, depending on the sample volume desired. The sealing time for five segments is adjustable from 5 to 25 seconds depending on the tube type.
